Use and source rights

The public DPMI JSON files can be read without a user account and without a personal API key. They serve as a shared database for the Dudelytics website and app. Their public availability is not a blanket data-redistribution license.

Allowed: cite individual DPMI index levels and editorial statements derived from them with the source “Dudelytics DPMI” and, where possible, a link to dudelytics.com/en/dpmi/.

Not covered by this permission: mirroring or re-hosting the JSON files, selling or white-labeling the data feed, redistributing third-party raw data, or presenting the data in a way that suggests a partnership with or endorsement by Dudelytics or CoinGecko.

An official embedding widget for third-party websites is technically planned, but will be released publicly only after the data-provider licensing question has been fully resolved.

Data provided by CoinGecko. Rights and terms of use of external data providers remain unaffected. Interpretation always follows the current methodology. A backfill is not a real historical index composition.

DPMI Holder Quality

30 assets from the evidenced class. DPMI ranking, market-cap weighting, 15% cap and monthly rebalancing. No additional quality weight. Historical ENA inclusion starts no earlier than October 2026.

DPMI Family

Benchmark, sector indices & DPMI Fear & Greed

In addition to the three main DPMI JSON files, Dudelytics publishes the daily benchmark, derived read-only data for the DPMI Sector Family, and the productive DPMI Fear & Greed. Raw five-minute market data for the entire Eligible Productive Pool is not published.

sector-family.php

Current levels, 24h/7d/30d/90d values where fully observed, data quality, live start and component count for all seven sectors.

/data/dpmi/sector-family.php

fear-greed.php

DPMI Fear & Greed for the Productive Market Universe with the established 24h pulse plus a maturing 7d trend and 30d regime. The API reports data coverage and temporal maturity separately; backfill does not artificially mature the time model.

/data/dpmi/fear-greed.php

benchmark.json

Daily comparison of the main DPMI, BTC/USD and CoinGecko Total Market Cap in USD including stablecoins. Common target cutoff 00:00 UTC. BTC uses the completed CoinGecko daily point; the overall market is captured from /global around the target. The provider timestamp must lie within ±10 minutes; regular scheduler runs may retry until 00:20 UTC. No interpolation and no previous-day fill.
