Licences · rights · usage

Publicly accessible data is not automatically freely reusable data.

Dudelytics content

What originates from Dudelytics

These rules apply only to the extent Dudelytics can grant the relevant rights itself. Third-party rights and mandatory statutory rights take precedence.

DPMI & methodologies

DPMI, DPMI Holder Quality, DPMI Fear & Greed, Dude-VIX/DVIX and other Dudelytics methodology presentations are Dudelytics analysis and presentation work. Individual results may be quoted and discussed with attribution.

Text & research

Short quotations, editorial discussion and linking are welcome. This does not include systematic or complete republication of Dudelytics texts in another service.

Graphics & screenshots

Screenshots and individual graphics may be shared for editorial or social posts if Dudelytics remains visibly credited and no misleading partnership is suggested.

Name, logo & appearance

The name Dudelytics is currently not a registered trademark. Independently of that, the visual identity must not be used in a way that makes a third-party product appear to be an official Dudelytics offering.

What may I do?

Publicly accessible ≠ freely reusable. A public Dudelytics page or technical endpoint does not automatically permit copying, mirroring, training on, reselling or repackaging the complete dataset as a separate data product.

Third parties

Raw data, sources and external rights

Dudelytics uses external sources as raw-data, reference or evidence inputs. Rights in their raw data, trademarks and content remain with the respective rights holders and are subject to their terms. Dudelytics cannot grant broader rights to them.

AI & agents

Machine-readable does not automatically mean freely redistributable.

/llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, the AI/agents page and public discovery endpoints help automated systems find, understand and correctly cite Dudelytics. By themselves they are not a blanket licence to mirror, resell or build a standalone Dudelytics dataset.

Question about use?

Better to clarify it once than play licence Jenga later.

If you want to use Dudelytics data for a project, publication or application and are unsure whether the use is covered, ask first.
