1. No investment, financial, legal or tax advice

Dudelytics provides general information, prepared data, research summaries and editorial assessments about the crypto market. Content is not tailored to your personal financial situation, goals or risk capacity and does not constitute individual investment advice, investment brokerage, legal advice or tax advice.

Even clear or pointed Dude assessments are not a request or recommendation to buy, hold or sell particular crypto assets. Your decisions and their consequences remain your responsibility.

2. Crypto assets and market risk

Crypto assets can be highly volatile and may suffer substantial or complete loss of value. Historical performance, scores, trends, market indicators and models are not reliable statements about future results. Do not invest on the basis of a single metric or a single piece of Dudelytics content.

3. Data quality and timeliness

Dudelytics aims to use traceable sources, technical plausibility checks and a clear separation between the available evidence and the assessment. Even so, raw data, APIs, external sources, calculations, mappings or editorial content may be incorrect, incomplete or delayed. Where possible, sources are shown directly.

Statutory liability rules remain unaffected. Dudelytics does not, however, guarantee that data provided free of charge will always be complete, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular personal purpose.

4. DPMI – Dudelytics Productive Market Index

The DPMI – Dudelytics Productive Market Index is an informational index independently developed by Dudelytics. It is not a tradable financial product, fund or certificate and is not a promise of future performance. It is designed to transparently observe the part of the crypto market that Dudelytics defines as productive under its published rules.

The applicable methodology, Productive Gate version, composition and data quality are documented publicly. The initial historical section is explicitly marked as backfill using the starting basket and starting weights; it does not represent the index composition that actually existed at that time.

Admission rules, categories or weighting should not be changed retroactively to make historical performance look better. Methodology changes receive a new documented version.

5. CoinGecko and other data providers

Data provided by CoinGecko. CoinGecko supplies raw data for parts of the DPMI and other Dudelytics functions. The DPMI itself is a Dudelytics product; CoinGecko is neither its publisher nor sponsor and is not responsible for Dudelytics, its methodology, assessments or conclusions.

Rights in raw data, trademarks and content supplied by external providers remain with the respective rights holders and are subject to their terms. Dudelytics does not grant a licence to redistribute third-party raw data.

6. AI-assisted content

Dudelytics may use AI systems to support research, structure, summarise, translate, analyse and draft content. AI can hallucinate, misweight context or reproduce errors. Identified primary sources and underlying data therefore matter more than an elegant-sounding summary.

AI is a tool, not the responsible editor. Responsibility under German media law for published journalistic and editorial content lies with the person named in the Legal notice.

7. External links

Dudelytics links to external sources to make claims traceable. The respective providers are responsible for their content and later changes. A link does not automatically mean that Dudelytics adopts every statement on the linked page. If we receive specific information about unlawful linked content, we review it and remove the link where appropriate.

8. Copyright and licences

Different rights and usage conditions apply to Dudelytics text, graphics, methodologies and derived data and to raw data or content supplied by external providers. Individual Dudelytics values may be quoted and discussed editorially with attribution; this does not grant blanket permission to mirror, resell or white-label complete datasets.

9. Voluntary support

Dudelytics is currently free. PayPal payments offered on the website are voluntary support without any promised benefit in return. A payment unlocks no features, buys no preferential treatment and has no influence on DPMI rules, assessments or editorial content.

This is not a tax-deductible donation; Dudelytics does not issue donation receipts. Payment processing takes place through PayPal under PayPal's terms.

10. Dude Tips and referral links

On the “Dude Tips” page and in the personal account area, Dudelytics links to services that the operator uses personally. Some links or codes are referral or affiliate links. If a visitor uses such a link or code, Dudelytics may receive compensation from the respective provider.

Compensation does not influence the DPMI, scores, rankings, research, Gems or the selection or ordering of editorial assessments. Bonus information and conditions can change at short notice; the provider's information at the time of use is authoritative.

11. Availability and changes

Dudelytics is under continuous development. Functions, presentation, data sources and technical interfaces may be adjusted, expanded, temporarily suspended or discontinued. The documented versioning and rebalancing rules additionally apply to the DPMI.
