What the Dude can responsibly claim today
What is Dudelytics right now?
Dudelytics is a publicly usable crypto-analysis platform in Public Preview. The public website, DPMI Index Family, Public Research Hub and Dudelytics Web App are live. A native iPhone and iPad app remains a separate later-roadmap project.
Is the Dudelytics Web App publicly available?
Yes. The Web App is publicly usable in Public Preview. Registration uses an account and email confirmation and access is released in controlled waves.
Is Dudelytics free?
Yes. Dudelytics is free. There is no paid placement in scores, research or indices and the Public Preview is not financed through advertising.
Do I need an account?
You do not need an account for the public website, DPMI pages, methodology, Dudipedia, data sources or the Dude Report. Personal Web App functions require a Dudelytics account and a confirmed email address.
How do access waves and the waiting list work?
The first public wave is designed for 50 active places. If current capacity is full, verified accounts are kept on a waiting list. Further waves can be released in a controlled manner; the default step is 25 additional places.
What about the native iPhone or iPad app?
The native Dudelytics app continues to be developed, but it is deliberately a later roadmap item. The current public entry point and ongoing feature development focus on the Web App.
What belongs to the DPMI Index Family?
The DPMI Index Family consists of the main DPMI, DPMI Holder Quality, the daily DPMI vs. Bitcoin vs. overall-market benchmark, seven sector indices – Smart Contract Platforms, DeFi, RWA, AI, DePIN, Interoperability, and Privacy & ZK – plus DPMI Fear & Greed and Dude-VIX/DVIX as separate sentiment/breadth and stress indicators. The benchmark starts observed-only, without backfill, from the first complete 00:00 UTC daily point; Fear & Greed and DVIX are not sector indices.
Which functions are available in the Public Preview?
The current feature set includes coin analysis, Market Overview with a separate “Speculative Heat / Performance Rotation” sensor, the DPMI Family, Morning and Evening Briefing, Watchlist, Trend Radar, Whale Radar, Security Radar, Hot or Not, Dude News, Dudipedia, account area and the structured bug report. Public Preview means the product is publicly usable, while individual functions may still change, have limitations or occasionally be rough around the edges.
What does “Speculative Heat / Performance Rotation” mean?
It is a separate Market Overview sensor outside the DPMI methodology. It combines meme/hype momentum, relative performance of smaller speculative assets versus the DPMI, turnover intensity and newly observed DEX pools. “Rotation” means relative performance and activity – not directly measured capital flows. High heat is not a quality or buy signal.
Does Dudelytics use advertising or ad profiles?
No. Dudelytics uses no advertising profiles and no proprietary marketing or profiling cookies. The technically necessary Web App session cookie is used only for secure authentication.
Is my account email used for newsletters or advertising?
No. The account email is used for account management, email confirmation, access notifications and password recovery, not for advertising or newsletters.
Is Dudelytics investment advice?
No. Dudelytics is an information and analysis project. Scores, indices, data, research and Dude assessments are not individual investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
Where can I see sources, system status and changes?
Data sources and methodological limits are documented on the “Data Sources & Coverage” page. The Dude Report shows the changelog, known limitations and public system status.
Are there public research snapshots for search engines and AI research?
Yes. Dudelytics publishes a read-only research layer for DPMI, Market Overview, Trend Radar, the Bitcoin network and Security. These pages read only existing Dudelytics snapshots; opening them triggers no provider or AI request and exposes no account data.
Is product status also available in machine-readable form?
Yes. The public product truth is also available as JSON at https://dudelytics.com/data/product/current.json. It contains only deliberately public product facts and no private candidate, shadow or server data.
